Conversations that dive deep into the ever-changing world of talent and economic development
FutureMakers Coalition has launched a new season of its podcast called Talent Talk that dives deep into the ever-changing world of talent and economic development.
Each season includes conversations from the perspectives of those designing, working in, and experiencing the talent and economic development systems.
“These conversations are a great way of using storytelling to create a culture of understanding around education and workforce issues to help change the systems to better-meet individual, employer and community needs,” said Collaboratory Chief Impact Officer Tessa LeSage. “We hope everyone will tune in on their preferred podcast platform and join the conversation especially because this new season delves into rural workforce issues as well as mentoring for future developers and how higher education is prioritizing returning students.”
Season Four’s seven episodes will delve into workforce development with guests from Strive Hall,
CivicLab, Stewart & Sons Electric, Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, North Fort Myers Fire Department and the Hendry County School District as well as local voices providing their unique perspectives on reconnecting with education to achieve a dream and using second chances to help the next generation.
The podcast is available to subscribe to on Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Google and the FutureMakers website at https://www.futuremakerscoalition.com/talenttalk/.
